Julen Ariza holds a degree in Law from the Complutense University of Madrid. After completing his university studies, he took the Course on Electoral Campaign Management organised by the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas.
He began his professional career as a political consultant at MAS Consulting, an international company that advises companies, governments and political parties on strategy, government relations, communication and training.
In 2009, he was appointed commercial director of Rentener, a company in the energy sector, where he implemented the business development and marketing plan. Subsequently, in the same year, he joined the team of advisors to the head of the Madrid Health Department, where he was in charge of parliamentary affairs in the cabinet, being responsible for the processing and execution of information and parliamentary initiatives.
In 2010 he joined the Regional Ministry of Health of the Community of Madrid, where he worked as an advisor on communication, institutional relations and international health policies.
Two years later, Julen Ariza took over the management of Digital Media at Grupo Intereconomía at the time of the digital transformation that marked the company’s new strategy. He managed the areas of social media, digital marketing and online communication. He was also responsible for the business development of the sites intereconomia.com, gaceta.es, negocios.com, esplendido.es and puntopelota.es.
In 2015 he founded HADOQ, a marketing and digital strategy agency, a project where he combined all the experience accumulated in Political Communication and Journalism in his professional career, to provide real communication alternatives and solutions to companies in a digital environment that demands flexibility, efficiency and innovation. Since its creation, HADOQ has provided services to more than 150 companies and individuals, formulating, developing and executing complete strategies, with 360º solutions that cover all aspects of their digital communication.
Currently, he is the editor of Hadoqmedia, a publishing group comprising the following specialised digital media: Confilegal, founded in 2014, Dircomfidencial, founded in 2015, Madrid 365, founded in 2020 and Sivarious, founded in 2021.
