European Court of Human Rights:

The European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) rejected the application brought by the former Venezuelan intelligence chief.

The Grand Chamber corrects its first decision and decides that the sanction violates Article 10 of the ECHR, which regulates freedom of LuxLeaks whistleblower´s expression.
