Venezuela:

EU foreign policy chief Kaja Kallas insists any action on Venezuela respect international law, despite the EU rejecting Maduro’s legitimacy.

The EU made a move by officially rejecting the legitimacy of Maduro, but it has stopped short of fully recognizing González as the winner.

The EU joined the voices demanding transparency in Venezuela to determine the legitimate winner of the presidential elections held on Sunday.

Spain will endorse the proposal to send a EU electoral observation mission to Venezuela this Monday in Brussels, considering the elections.
