Samy Alliance grows in the US with acquisition of creative agency AnyGivenDay
Samy Alliance has acquired Miami-based creative agency AnyGivenDay.
Founded in 2016 by Hernán Cerdeiro, it is a creative agency specialising in generating campaigns for multiple platforms, both digital and traditional. In 2019, with the incorporation of Mariano Duhalde as Partner & CCO, both creatives complete the shaping of AnyGivenDay. It currently has a team of 15 people and a broad portfolio of projects, including major brands such as Quaker and Henkel.
With this operation, Samy Alliance continues the expansion that began in 2019 with the acquisition of the British company Share, an agency specialising in Intelligence and Creativity with more than 50 employees and clients such as Formula 1, Microsoft, Diageo, INEOS and The North Face, among others.
At the beginning of this year, Samy Alliance took another step in its internationalisation, this time on the other side of the Atlantic, with the acquisition of Nobox, a creative agency specialising in social media based in Miami, with which the group consolidated its entry into the US market and the Hispanic market, both in the United States and in Central and South American countries. The acquisition of Nobox also meant the inclusion of a portfolio of very important clients, such as Netflix and Reebok, among others.
With this acquisition, Samy Alliance consolidates its international expansion and strengthens its operation both in the United States and in the rest of the American continent, where it already has a presence in countries such as Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Peru and Colombia.
