Morgan Stanley and Barclays float 10% and 6.5% stake in eDreams
The US investment bank Morgan Stanley and the British group Barclays have entered the capital of the online travel agency eDreams Odigeo with 10,03 % and 6,52 % of the capital respectively, according to the records of the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV). These holdings do not normally correspond to the banks themselves, but to the investment funds they manage.
The 10,03 % of eDreams Odigeo declared by Morgan is divided into 6,79 % in voting rights attributed to shares and 3,23 % in voting rights through financial instruments.
Barclays has disclosed 6,52 % of the capital of eDreams Odigeo, of which 6,34 % in voting rights attributed to shares and 0,18 % in voting rights through financial instruments.
These movements come after the Ardian fund placed its 15.6% stake in the listed company with institutional investors in December, which led to its exit from the company after 12 years as a shareholder.
