McDonald’s, the leading company in the restaurant sector in Spain, is launching an employment campaign aimed at finding new staff for its restaurants. With more than 580 establishments and an ambitious expansion plan, the company is looking to increase the number of employees to 20,000 to meet the growing demand for staff in its restaurants, as well as in the new establishments that will open in the coming months. The campaign will run until 8 June.

The new campaign seeks to offer quality employment that allows employees to combine their personal lives with work. Among its main attributes are flexibility, training and a good working environment as key factors in attracting talent. According to an internal company study, these are three of the most appreciated factors, and the main reason why people choose to work at McDonald’s over other companies.

To access all the information and find out the details, McDonald’s has made available the site empleo.mcdonalds.es with all the new job offers, to which applicants can easily apply. The job portal also has stories of employees who explain in first person what their experience at McDonald’s is like.

The initiative also includes communication on social networks and actions with influencers, with whom the brand shares its employment culture and commitment to the well-being of the people who form part of its team.

Alberto Unzurrunzaga, Director of People at McDonald’s Spain, stresses that “at McDonald’s we offer quality employment, inclusive and based on ‘good vibes’, because we want everyone who is part of our company to have fun. I encourage everyone who is interested to apply to work for a leading brand that offers flexibility, growth opportunities, all the necessary training and the best working environment.

The company thus invites to “match” all those who share its values and wish to have a professional experience that fits their life and not the other way around, in a safe workplace where, whoever they are, they can be a vital part of the McFamily.
