The most expensive streets in Spain: from Malaga’s 10.7 million euros per home to 282,000 euros in Badajoz
The province of Malaga tops the podium of the most exclusive streets in Spain for buying a property, all three located on the tourist Costa del Sol and with an average price of over seven million euros. On the other hand, Extremadura is the autonomous community with the cheapest street among those with the highest price, with 282,300 euros for Avenida Santa Marina in Badajoz.
According to data published by the portal Idealista, the most expensive street for a property is in the municipality of Benahavís and covers the entire Coto Zagaleta urbanisation, with an average price of 10,763,937 euros.
The top three positions are rounded off by Calle Mozart in Marbella, with an average price of 7,940,375 euros, and Calle Osa Menor, also in Marbella, with 7,175,888 euros.
The first street outside the Costa del Sol and fourth on the list is Camino de la Fuente, in the Madrid urbanisation of La Moraleja (Alcobendas), where owners are asking an average of 6,928,958 euros per property. In fifth place is Paseo de los Lagos in the La Finca residential development (Pozuelo de Alarcón, Madrid), with 6,172,508 euros.
The property on Paseo del Conde de los Gaitanes, in La Moraleja, Alcobendas, Madrid, is priced at 5,240,322 euros.
