Lado offers a gastronomic proposal that brings Spanish gastronomy closer through traditional and simple dishes with a modern touch and high quality local ingredients. The restaurant’s menu, designed for sharing, has a section of dishes with options such as Iberian ham croquettes, truffle and reblochon biquini or softshell crab with beurre blanc and caviar. The offer is completed with fish from the fish market, which can be grilled, fried or steamed, such as John Dory, sole or squid; they are joined by lobster in rice and Carril clam in sherry wine.

For Rocca, born in Genoa in 1981, London was the city where he discovered his true vocation: nightlife. There, together with his partner Luca Maggiora Project, he founded a ground-breaking club with the best DJs that gained great recognition and served as the seed for Toy Room, a discotheque that in eight years has become a global phenomenon, with a presence in London, Dubai, Mikonos, Madrid… and so on to 12 cities around the world. Its aim is to offer the most fun party, without complications or bad habits, and to launch a message among young people that promotes the culture of effort and defends healthy living and the practice of sport.
Educated at the University of Rome and with an MBA in Business, this Italian, who trained to be a maritime broker in his youth, has become one of the world’s top PR men, with top actors, elite sportsmen and celebrities in his contact book. Rocca also has interests in various gastronomic projects. For example, he is involved in the plant-based vegan burger chain Neat Burger, which is in the final stages of opening in Spain, after its success in London and New York with Leonardo DiCaprio and Lewis Hamilton as partners. He is also the founder of Socialista London, a private club for elite members in the heart of Mayfair, which pays homage to Caribbean culture, and The Windmill Soho, which straddles cabaret, restaurant and nightclub, with a strong theatrical imprint.
