France’s 3 Brasseurs finds travel partner to expand into Spain
The arrival of new restaurant chains in Spain continues. The French craft brewery brand 3 Brasseurs has teamed up with Nhood España to support the expansion of its brand in our country and Italy in the near future. The area of the company led by Isabel Robles has just closed the agreement with this restaurant chain with which it seeks to expand by signing collaboration agreements with master franchisees and local partners for our country.
3 Brasseurs currently has 87 outlets in three countries around the world: France, Canada and Brazil, with France having the largest volume with a total of 70 establishments. It is also part of the Agapes group, which includes eight brands, including cafeteria, casual dining and fast casual.
“We are very pleased and grateful for the trust that a gastronomic brand such as 3 Brasseurs has placed in the experience and knowledge of the sector that we treasure at Nhood to position itself in Spain. We share with them a transformative vision that is necessary in retail, based on sustainable growth and development through the creation of local alliances. Our experience and the studies we have carried out indicate that this concept, capable of landing its added value locally, is going to be very well received in our market”, says Isabel Robles, Director of Real Estate and Business Development at Nhood Spain.
Founded in France in 1986, the brand is characterised by the fact that each establishment has its own craft brewery, brewed by a local brewmaster in the microbrewery in each space. The menu is inspired by the north and east of France, with starters, salads, burgers and beers, adapted to the local market in which they are operating. They have three types of premises: for 260/300; 200 and 150 diners.
