Marian Marco and Jordi Sacristán, new partners at Roman
Roman reinforces its structure and business model and brings two new partners into the company’s partnership: Marian Marco, director of Impact and Culture, and Jordi Sacristán, director of Financial Communication, continuing the path started in 2022 with the incorporation of Sonia Doménech and Xavi Ribó to the shareholding of the firm led by Silvia Alsina, president and CEO.
The communications and public affairs consultancy firm implemented this new shareholding structure in March last year to provide itself with a model that would allow it to continue consolidating its position as an integral partner for companies in their business, financial, cultural and social and sustainable purpose.
With 14 years of experience at Roman -joining in 2009 as director of the Roman Madrid office-, and with more than 6 years leading the Internal Communications area, Marian Marco joins the shareholding while taking on a new professional challenge within the agency as director of Impact and Culture. With a degree in Information Sciences from the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (UAB) and a Master in Corporate Communication and PDG 2021 from IESE, Marco has extensive experience in the development and execution of communication strategies for clients from different sectors.
Jordi Sacristán has been in charge of Roman’s Financial Communication division in Barcelona since 2015, managing the reputation of clients in the financial and economic sector. With a degree in Information Sciences from the UAB, he has more than 30 years of experience in the field of communication, both in the management of financial media and in the management of corporate communications.
In this way, Roman continues to consolidate its shareholder and boutique service model, which gives the company its own way of working and a culture focused on people, quality and specialisation, strengthening its commitment to the promotion of internal talent and the generation of valuable alliances.
